Fourth Plenary Meeting of Eighth Central Committee of WPK convened
  The Fourth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea was convened on December 27.
  The respected Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, was present at the plenary meeting.
  The plenary meeting was attended by the members and alternate members of the Central Committee of the WPK, and it is heard by officials of the departments of the Party Central Committee, leading officials of the ministries, national agencies, provincial-level guidance organs, cities, counties, major industrial establishments and officials of important sectors concerned.
  Kim Jong Un presided over the plenary meeting upon the authorization of the Political Bureau of the Party Central Committee.
  The plenary meeting will review the state of the implementation of major Party and state policies for the year 2021 and discuss and decide on the strategic and tactical line and practical action tasks powerfully guiding the struggle of our Party and people to open up a new period of development of socialist construction to the next stage of victory.
  The plenary meeting approved the agenda items presented and started the discussion.
