According to data available, tens of youth shock brigades in a number of coal-mining areas of South Phyongan Province including the Sunchon Area Youth Coal-Mining Complex and the Pukchang Area Youth Coal-Mining Complex have overfulfilled their first half-yearly quotas of tunneling as of mid-May through collective innovations.
