This is the national emblem of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
The national emblem is the main symbol of a state concerned along with its national flag.
As you see, it bears the design of a grand hydroelectric power station under the beaming light of a five-pointed red star, with ears of rice forming an oval frame, bound with a red ribbon bearing the inscription "The Democratic People's Republic of Korea". Also seen in it is Mt. Paektu, the sacred mountain of the revolution.
Would you please guess what those elements of the national emblem of our state stand for?
We hope that you would send us your answers to the question before September 9.
