March of the Children's Union

All members of the Korean Children's Union love singing the song "March of the Children's Union" which was created in Juche 35(1946) in the initial days of building new Korea along with the foundation of the Korean Children's Union.
The song represents the cheerful and lively members of the Korean Children's Union who vigorously advanced under the guidance of the great leaders Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il like the sunflowers following the sun.
Kim Il Sung brought up the Children's Union members as the large force of young revolutionaries who carried forward the noble tradition of the anti-Japanese Children's Corps, ushering in the golden era of the children's movement of Korea. Kim Jong Il advanced the slogan "Let us learn for Korea!" and led the Children's Union members to grow stoutly into the future masters of the country.
Under their loving care, the Children's Union members grew to be good sons and daughters of the country, keeping patriotism in their hearts.
They organized juvenile guerrillas and bravely fought, making a contribution to the victory in the Fatherland Liberation War. They prepared a tank, plane and multiple launch rocket system named after "Sonyon" (Children) and sent them to the People's Army and gave help to the socialist construction and the nation's economy by vigorously conducting the rabbit raising and tree-planting movement. Some of them sacrificed their lives to save the burning forest.
Their laudable deeds and worthwhile lives of many Children's Union members were written in more than 70-year-long history of the Korean Children's Union.
Now the members of the Korean Children's Union are vividly growing into the future pillars of the country under the loving care of the respected father Marshal Kim Jong Un who regards them as treasure that cannot be compared with a lot of valuables and as the whole of the hope and future of the country, spares nothing for them and defends their happy laughter and bright future.

The members of the Korean Children's Union are vigorously advancing towards a brighter future with the pride of living with nothing to envy in the world under the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.
The song "March of the Children's Union" sung by them will resound more loudly.
