Happy Schoolchildren

Some time ago, 16-year-old Nikita Podkovirin of Russia sent us an e-mail calling for introducing more the life of the Korean schoolchildren.
Many other people of the world have the same mind.
Here are some photos of schoolchildren who received new types of uniforms this summer.

The schoolchildren were very pleased in the new types of summer uniforms.
People unanimously said they were smart, the streets and villages seemed to be brighter and they were really happy children.
Here is a story telling about how the new school uniforms were provided.
The Fourth Plenary Meeting of the Eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea held in December last year presented the specific orientation of work of the Party and the state for this year.
At the meeting, the respected Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the WPK, said: The supply of uniforms to the schoolchildren at the state expense is not the work that may be done under favourable conditions and may not under difficult conditions; it is a policy of the Party and the eternal state policy of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea which must be implemented unconditionally and on a top-priority basis. And he took important measures to supply the schoolchildren across the country with smart uniforms.
He worked heart and soul, guiding designs of new school uniforms and frequently learning about their production.
Under his warm loving care, the production of uniforms for primary school children never stopped even in the period when the DPRK suffered from a great turmoil since the founding of the country due to the inflow of the malignant pandemic. And the production of summer uniforms for junior and senior middle school children was accelerated, with the result that all the schoolchildren throughout the country were provided with uniforms.

Those schoolchildren in the photo, who are wearing new uniforms, sing of the gratitude to the Party and the state at the performance given in September in celebration of the 74th founding anniversary of the DPRK.
Seeing the bright and cheerful children, the Korean people keenly felt that the history of love of the WPK for the coming generations will last on this land forever and the future of the country be brighter thanks to Kim Jong Un who loves the children most.
"Voice of Korea" will continue to introduce the happy life of the Korean schoolchildren and the wonderful reality of the country with a brighter future.
