"Four Chief Factors" of Headache
Headache is an intolerable disease for man.
In the course of studying the relations between migraine and food, researchers found that caffeine, sodium glutamate, nitrite and alcohol are "four chief factors" of headache.
Sodium glutamate is often used in processing frozen and canned foods, snacks and tomato sauce. In case it is used for such liquid as soup, it may most likely cause headache.
Nitrite is added for processed meat such as sausage and ham. Researchers found that five percent of those who ate processed meat had easily caught migraine just on the day.
The risk of headache can be reduced when the patients eat a lot of fresh fruit, vegetables and fish, ingest foods with less fat and sugar and have drinks with less caffeine.
