"Photo Letter"

The Democratic People's Republic of Korea seabound on the east and the west increases the output of marine products, making a contribution to the improvement of diet of the people and service personnel.
The following happened in December 2013 when the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited a fishery station.
That year, the fishery station wrote a letter that it had a good haul of fish, the first of its kind after over 30 years, and sent it to Kim Jong Un.
Kim Jong Un was so satisfied and pleased to receive the letter that he wrote an autograph of congratulations. And a few days later, he came out to the station.
Saying he wants to see the caught fish, he entered a pickled fish storage with a bright smile on his face and said time and again that it is really great and that there are a lot of fish.
And then he said he is reluctant to leave looking at a lot of fish and proposed taking a picture taken against the fish to be supplied to the service personnel before sitting on somewhat low raised part of tank for pickling without ceremony.
At a cold storage he saw the frozen fish piled up high to the ceiling and expressed great satisfaction and had a photo taken standing at a narrow passage of the storage.

And he said how good it is that the service personnel at any post of every unit are provided with fish on a normal basis enough to smell fishy from their bodies.
At that time an official told him that the service personnel of the units write to their native homes that they have more fish than at their homes but their parents do not believe it easily.
At this, Kim Jong Un laughed a hearty laugh, saying they would believe it when they see the photo he had taken with a heap of fish as background.
The photo taken with a heap of fish as background was a "photo letter" of the Supreme Commander sent to the native places of soldiers and their parents.
