Centre of Education in Tradition of Victory
The respected Comrade Kim Jong Un made painstaking efforts to add eternal brilliance to the exploits of the great leader Kim Il Sung for war victory.
Kim Jong Un visited the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum on July 8, 2012.
Looking round different places of the museum, he said that the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum is not only a centre of anti-US education but also the one and only educational base in the world showing the history and tradition of victory of the Korean people who defeated two imperialist powers for the first time on the globe.
And he gave the revolutionary relics preservation sector precious instructions to find out all the revolutionary historic materials on Kim Il Sung during the war. Looking at the materials and historic relics on display, he told many stories about them.
After going round the museum in detail for a long time, he said to officials that the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum assumes very important duty and role in making the Korean people defend the immortal exploits of Kim Il Sung for war victory and carry forward the fighting spirit of the former generations.
He added that the museum is a wonderful base for ideological education to firmly arm the Korean people with the army-building exploits of Kim Il Sung and his outstanding military and strategic ideology and experiences gained in the Fatherland Liberation War, and a centre of education in the tradition of victory.
Lecturer Yun Kyong Chong said Kim Jong Un visited the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum several times afterwards and took measures to glorify the exploits performed by Kim Il Sung for war victory for all ages, and continued:
"The respected Supreme Commander Kim Jong Un visited the Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum again on July 26, 2025 on the occasion of the 72nd anniversary of the victory in the war.
That day he said though more than 70 years have passed since the fireworks of war victory were set off, the exploits Kim Il Sung
performed for victory in the war have served as the eternal foundations
of all victories and shining dignity that our state and people have
achieved from one century into the next. He added that all the revolutionary exploits Kim Il Sung performed throughout his whole ennobling career are great, but the
legendary feats he performed for victory in the war are an extraordinary
and core feat admired and revered by the world."
The Victorious Fatherland Liberation War Museum is a revolutionary museum telling the leadership exploits of Kim Il Sung who created the tradition of victory of Korea and firmly carried it forward, and a revolutionary university teaching the philosophy of war victory that even rifle can defeat A-bomb.
