Cradle of Happy Life
There is the Pyongyang Old People's Home on the bank of the picturesque Taedong River in the capital city of Pyongyang.
It is fully equipped with the facilities for the life, leisure activities and physical training suited to the constitutional and psychological characteristics of the old people.
It also has a courtyard for the old people to take a walk and a picnic, and a hydroponic greenhouse and a vegetable garden to work in for stimulating their appetite.
The respected Comrade
One day in March 2015, he visited the then Pyongyang Municipal Old People's Home under construction.
That day, he said all the old people's homes across the country should be built well so that all the health-seekers can live a happy and worthwhile life in their remaining years, too, being respected as revolutionary forerunners and seniors under the care and concern of the Party, the state and the whole society.
Thanks to his deep love for the aged, the health-seekers are enjoying a happy life at the old people's homes built in all parts of the country.
