Deputy Chief Engineer Hwang Kum Chol said all of the employees have turned out to attain a new production goal, and continued:

With the definite viewpoint that the key to carrying out the task lies in science and technology, the complex gives clear technical renovation tasks to the officials, technicians, skilled workers and talents, in particular, and implements it without fail."
On the basis of the successes and experiences gained last year, they are solving the sci-tech problems arising in the production in a foresighted way and dynamically organizing and guiding the production.
In addition, they are taking economic and technical measures in time while fully ensuring normal operation of the equipment of every system including the kiln.
Workers of the Kiln Workshop, who are in charge of the main process of the production, operate and manage the furnaces in a responsible manner according to the conditions of raw materials and fuel and take prompt countermeasures against the elements which can affect the change of temperature, thus recording good results from the beginning of the new year.
The Cement Workshop, the Mixed Raw Materials Workshop and the Fine Coal Workshop also make an active use of efficient working methods and raise the pulverized granularity of raw materials and the operating rate of the crushing equipment while strictly observing the technical demands according to every process.
