And he highly praised the Kangwon Provincial Tree Nursery as a product of patriotism built by officials and working people in Kangwon Province with their own efforts, believing in their own strength.
  An official of the tree nursery told him that the employees had looked forward to seeing him.
  That day, Kim Jong Un had a photo taken with the employees of the tree nursery, researcher Sin Kwang Il at the Academy of Social Sciences said, and continued:
  "It was Sunday when the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Kangwon Provincial Tree Nursery.
  Looking round different places of the tree nursery, however, he waited long until the employees and their families gathered.
  It was past midday and darkness set in, and the venue of photographing was lit with floodlights.
  Kim Jong Un hurried his way, saying he had to go to the venue quickly as the employees were waiting for him.
  He was so concerned about the people who would wait for him though he had waited so long for the employees of the tree nursery and their families in the heat."


  That is how the unusual photo came into being, which has different figures such as the employees and their families who ran upon the unexpected news, the children in the Children's Union neckties, the kindergarten children and the babies in the arms of their mothers.
