"Handbooks of Public Comments"

One day in December 2018, the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un visited the Wonsan Leather Shoes Factory.
He looked round the factory and spoke highly of the fact that the factory was using "handbooks of public comments".
He said it is good that the factory prepared "handbooks of public comments" for the shops to collect the people's comments on its products and introduce them into the production.
He added that it is necessary to lend an ear to the people's strict appraisal and delve into their tastes according to the characteristics of ages, seasons and jobs so as to produce larger quantities of shoes favoured by people, young and old, men and women all alike.

That day he expressed satisfaction again and again, saying that he visited the factory without notice and saw a lot of shoes and that he was very pleased to see the normalized production at the factory.
Comrade Kim Jong Un highly appreciated the "handbooks of public comments" as he wants the officials to find out and do the work pleasing the people all the time.
