Int'l Juche idea seminar on independence, justice and future of mankind held
  The international Juche idea seminar on independence, justice and future of mankind was held in Pyongyang, the capital of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, on the 14th under the co-sponsorship of the International Institute of the Juche Idea and the Korean Association of Social Scientists on the occasion of the 112th birthday of the great leader Kim Il Sung.
  Present at the seminar were Secretary General Kenichi Ogami and Deputy Director General Mateo Carboneli of the International Institute of the Juche Idea and the delegations and delegates of Juche idea study organizations from different countries and regions.
  Also on hand were Thae Hyong Chol, President of the Academy of Social Sciences who is First Vice-Chairman of the Korean Association of Social Scientists, and scientists and officials in the field of social sciences.
  An opening address was made by Secretary General Kenichi Ogami and a congratulatory speech by Thae Hyong Chol.
  They emphasized that the banner of the Juche idea and independence should be held higher to build a just new world, beautiful future of humanity, guaranteeing sovereignty and dignity of the country and nation, peace and stability of the world and development and prosperity of mankind.
  They said the Juche idea followers should make an active contribution to building an independent world, fully aware of their honour and mission as the pioneers and propagators of the great idea of the times, and expressed the conviction that the seminar would be a significant gathering for more deeply understanding the principle of independence and powerfully propelling the advance of humanity toward a beautiful future.
  Deputy Director General Mateo Carboneli made a keynote report, which was followed by speeches.
  The seminar adopted a letter to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un amid the enthusiastic applause of the participants.
