Russian President's Press Secretary comments on effectuation of treaty on mutual assistance between DPRK and Russia
He said there is an effective treaty between the two countries and added that according to the treaty, both sides are obliged to provide a powerful assistance to each other if necessary.
The action of the sub-units of the DPRK that contributed to the liberation of Kursk Region showed how effective the treaty is, he stressed.
