DPRK weightlifters back home
Players of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea returned home by air on the 17th after taking part in the 2025 Asian Weightlifting Championships held in China.
Four DPRK players including Pak Myong Jin bagged 12 medals including nine gold medals at the men's and women's categories of weight concerned.
At the women's 71-kilogram event, Song Kuk Hyang broke the world and Asian records in clean and jerk and total, receiving the best player award of the championships.
