Greenhouses of large capacity for growing rice seedlings built in Kangnam County
The county produces nutrient cold seedlings for thousands of hectares of fields in the greenhouses of 23,000 square metres.
Nutrient cold seedlings have been introduced into about 60 percent of paddy fields across the country this year according to the outlook of the Workers' Party of Korea on strategic development calling for changing the agriculture of the country into the advanced one and ensuring safe and sustainable increase in the agricultural production with science and technology as the principal motive force of the agricultural development.
