Work to establish educational support system for disabled persons promoted
The educational sector is vigorously pushing ahead with the work to draw up the educational programmes for disabled persons and reflect teaching contents necessary for the relevant subjects of teachers training universities and colleges.
Undertakings are conducted to supplement relevant subjects in the teaching schedule at those universities and colleges so that graduates can give education to the disabled in the future. Kim Hyong Jik University of Education also pushes forward with the work to write different teaching materials related to the education of disabled children.
A research group comprising teachers and researchers of Kim Hyong Jik University of Education, the Academy of Pedagogical Science, the Central Instruction Training Centre and the Jinhung Senior Middle School in Moranbong District intensifies the research into the establishment of teachers training system and the formation of educational course for teaching disabled children at the teachers training universities and colleges.
