DPRK players back home
Players of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea returned home by air on the 10th after taking part in the Chinese Taipei Athletics Open 2025.
The competition brought together more than 600 men and women players from over 10 countries and regions including the DPRK, India and Australia. Han Il Ryong and Ri Kwang Ok won gold medals in men's and women's 5,000-metre running events respectively and Jon Su Gyong bagged silver medals in women's 5,000-metre and 1,500-metre running events.
