Services start at Wonsan Kalma Coastal Tourist Area
Services started on July 1 at the Wonsan Kalma Coastal Tourist Area, a tourist attraction of national value on the east coast which was built thanks to the people-first politics of the Workers' Party of Korea and the socialist system of Korean style believing in the people as in Heaven.
A lot of people came to the tourist area from the first day of its operation.
They included working people from Kangwon and South Hamgyong provinces and those of all ages and sexes from the capital city of Pyongyang, from North Hamgyong, Ryanggang, and Jagang provinces in the northern end of the country and from the provinces, cities and counties in the western part of the country.
Looking round the tourist area, they witnessed the surprising new aspects of Korean-style tourist culture.
Every place of the scenic spot was full of happy laughter of the people.
Myongsasimni was crowed with the people enjoying sea bathing and those posing for photographs.
The Myongsasimni Water Park drew the people most.
The tourists spent a pleasant time, receiving kind service at the commercial and public catering establishments as well.
