She said the Japanese Ministry of Defence, in a recent "white paper", reiterated the stereotyped assertion that the DPRK-Russia cooperation worsens the situation of the Asian region and that Japan deliberately raised the degree of expression of "threats from Russia and the DPRK and caused by China's action in the Straits of Taiwan".
She laid bare that Japan tries hard to accelerate militarization and justify strengthened military tie-up with its Western allies, NATO member nations outside the region in particular.
