Staff members of Russian embassy here lay flowers before monuments to Soviet Army









Staff members of the Russian embassy in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea visited monuments to the Soviet Army across the country between the 16th and the 18th on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Korea's liberation.
Minister-Councilor Vladimir Topekha and other staff members of the embassy laid flowers before the monuments to the Soviet Army in Wonsan, Sinuiju, Uiju and Tongnim and paid homage to the martyrs.
Staff members of the Russian Consulate General in Chongjin also laid bouquets before the Liberation Tower and the cemetery of fallen soldiers of the Soviet Army in the city of Chongjin.
