Young people in North Hamgyong Province volunteer to work at major sites of socialist construction
  Tens of young people in the city of Chongjin and Musan, Onsong, Yonsa and Kilju counties of North Hamgyong Province volunteered to work at mines, coal mines, iron and steel works and farms to implement the decisions of the plenary meetings of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.
  A meeting was held with the attendance of officials concerned, youth league officials and youth and students. Certificates were awarded to the volunteers and congratulatory addresses and other speeches made.
  A congratulatory performance was given and officials, youth and students encouraged the volunteers, presenting bouquets to them.
