Construction of rural villages promoted in cities and counties
Tens of thousand dwelling houses are being built and the construction of public and production buildings is under way in one hundred and tens of cities, counties and districts across the country according to the new and unique designs retaining the characteristics of the regions concerned.
The central headquarters for rural construction makes sure that the quality of construction is ensured in the regions concerned now that the village of the Chilgol Vegetable Farm in Mangyongdae District of Pyongyang has been set as a model of the rural housing construction and Unpha County of North Hwanghae Province as a model of the public and production building construction.
Active efforts are made in all parts of the country to wonderfully build nursery-kindergartens, shops, pharmacies and welfare service amenities along with rural houses.
