Delegation of Ministry of Public Security leaves for Russia
A delegation of the Ministry of Public Security of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea headed by Minister Pang Tu Sop left Pyongyang on September 1 to visit Russia.
The delegation was seen off at the Pyongyang International Airport by Kim Song Nam, Vice-Minister of Public Security, and Vladimir Topekha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the Russian Federation in the DPRK.
