Greetings to Vietnamese PM
Pak Thae Song, Premier of the Cabinet of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent a message of greetings to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh on September 2 on the occasion of the 80th founding anniversary of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam.
The message wished the Vietnamese government and people a greater success in their struggle for building a rich, powerful and civilized socialist state.
