Delegation of Ministry of Culture of DPRK back home
The delegation of the Ministry of Culture of the Democratic People's
Republic of Korea led by Minister Sung Jong Gyu returns home on the 15th after taking part in the 11th St. Petersburg International
Cultural Forum. It was greeted at the Pyongyang International Airport by Vice-Minister of Culture Pak Kyong Chol and Vladimir Topekha, Charge D'affaires Ad Interim of the Russian Federation in the DPRK.
