Training of technicians, skilled workers and medical workers promoted in city of Nampho
The city selected promising persons and enlisted them in the study-while-you-work system in order to start operation of the regional-industry factories and hospital soon after their completion as planned this year. In this way it is pushing ahead with the work for preparing them as talented personnel who will lead the development of their units.
The regional-industry factories in Onchon County which were built as the first entities of regional rejuvenation and the light-industry factories in the city are taking measures for the employees to further improve their skills through production practice after acquiring knowledge and techniques needed for improving the quality of goods and handling equipment.
The city is promoting the work to improve the practical qualifications of doctors and nurses of the county hospital at the Pyongyang Maternity Hospital, Kim Man Yu Hospital and the Okryu Children's Hospital.
