Construction of agricultural science research bases promoted
A number of projects are at the stage of completion in the construction of the main institute area of the Academy of Agricultural Sciences, including the general analysis office, sci-tech development prospect research institute and hostel for scientists.
The construction of the Orang Branch of the Rice Research Institute and the Kyongsong Branch of the Pomology Reseach Institute under the Academy of Agricultural Sciences have reached the stage of completion in North Hamgyong Province. The construction of similar bases is under way across the country.
Ministries and national agencies give a sincere help to the construction of agricultural science research bases.
Undertakings are done to furnish those bases with research equipment and experimental apparatuses and strengthen the ranks of researchers.
