Educational contents improved
  The Industrial, agricultural and vocational colleges in provinces put educational content on detailed, diversified and practical basis in conformity with the characteristics of their regions in order to contribute to the implementation of the "Regional Development 20×10 policy" of the Party.
  They mobilize all their scientific and educational forces to map out teaching programs of relevant subjects including foodstuff, clothing, daily necessities, machinery, crops, forestry and fisheries and revise more than ten thousand teaching plans.
  As a result, teaching programs have already been drawn up and the revision of teaching plans promoted on a final stage.
