Residents in Japan carrying a letter of loyalty to celebrate the 80th founding anniversary of the
Workers' Party of Korea led by Ri Kwang Il, Chairman of the Central Standing Committee of the Korean Youth League in Japan, arrived in Pyongyang by air on October 2.
