General Secretary of CC, Communist Party of Viet Nam to visit DPRK
To Lam, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Viet Nam, will pay a state visit to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea at the invitation of Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, to participate in the celebrations of the 80th founding anniversary of the WPK.
