Groundbreaking ceremony for reconstruction of Cemetery of CPV Martyrs held
  A groundbreaking ceremony for reconstruction of the Cemetery of Martyrs of the Chinese People's Volunteers in Sinphyong County of North Hwanghae Province was held on the spot on the 22nd on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Chinese People's Volunteers' entry into the Korean front.
  Present at the ceremony were Kang Chol Ho, Vice-Minister of Urban Management of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, officials concerned, and officials and working people in North Hwanghae Province and Sinphyong County.
  Also on hand were Wang Yajun, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the DPRK, and staff members of his embassy, the delegation of veterans and martyrs' families of the Chinese People's Volunteers on a visit to the DPRK, Chinese guests staying here, and Chinese students and residents here.
  Floral baskets were placed before the cemetery and the participants paid a silent tribute to the memory of martyrs of the Chinese People's Volunteers.
  Speeches were made by the Chinese Ambassador Wang Yajun and Vice-Minister Kang Chol Ho at the ceremony.
