A delegation of the Chinese People's Liberation Army led by Xia Zhihe, Political Commissar of the National Defence University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, arrived in Pyongyang on the 25th.
It was greeted at the Pyongyang International Airport by officers of the Korean People's Army, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and members of the military attaches' department of the Chinese embassy.
