DPRK weightlifter wins gold medals
  Ri Sae Byol from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea proved successful at the Third Asian Juvenile Games.
  At the women's 69-kilogram event of weightlifting on October 29, she lifted 98 kilograms (new record of the games) in snatch and 127 kilograms (new world juvenile record, new Asian juvenile record, new record of the games) in clean and jerk, bagging two gold medals.
