New edible calcium carbonate production process established in South Hwanghae Province
The edible calcium carbonate production process established at the Intellectual Goods Production Station of the Haeju Kim Jong Thae University of Education, which was built on the seashore of the Ryongdang area in the city of Haeju, has a good prospect because there are inexhaustible raw-material resources needed for production, the conditions for its operation are favourable, the quality of the product is high and its utility range is wide.
Researchers and teaching staff of the university completed the optimized production technique process of Korean style which can mass-produce the quality edible calcium carbonate with pollution-free natural renewable resources on the basis of the successes and experiences of different scientific research and production units related to the calcium carbonate production and the survey and analysis of distribution of the resources in the province and their amount and quality.
