Senior Party and government officials visit Russian embassy


Choe Son Hui, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, No Kwang Chol, Minister of National Defence of the DPRK, and Kim Song Nam, Director of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, visited the embassy of the Russian Federation in the DPRK and expressed condolences over the death of Alexandr Ivanovich Matsegora, Russian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the DPRK, on the 10th.
Wreaths were laid at the venue of the mourning ceremony in the name of the International Department of the Central Committee of the WPK, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the DPRK, the External Military Affairs Bureau of the Ministry of National Defence of the DPRK and the DPRK-Russia Intergovernmental Committee for Cooperation in Trade, Economy, Science and Technology.
The senior Party and government officials observed a moment's silence in memory of Alexandr Matsegora who has devoted himself to the development of the DPRK-Russia friendly relations over the past 30-odd years before condoling with the bereaved family of the deceased.
Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui wrote in the condoler's book.
