Chairman Kim Jong Il remembered abroad
Memorial services, seminars, round-table talks, lecture meetings, photo exhibitions and film shows took place in Myanmar, Indonesia, Bulgaria, Belarus, the Czech Republic and Tanzania on the occasion of the 14th anniversary of the demise of the great leader Kim Jong Il.
Present at the events were political and public figures and members of the organizations for the study of the Juche idea and for friendship and solidarity with the Korean people in those countries.
Screened at the film shows were documentaries on the greatness of Kim Jong Il boundlessly respected by all people as a veteran statesman of the world and video programs showing the proud reality of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea which is achieving the overall development of socialism under the leadership of the great Workers' Party of Korea.
Speeches were made at the events.
The speakers highly praised the immortal Party building exploits of Kim Jong Il and his ennobling personality as a great man and affirmed that the boundless admiration and reverence of all people for him will be voiced far and wide decade after decade and century after century.
