Regional-industry factories in Kim Jong Suk County for the "Regional
Development 20×10 Policy" were inaugurated with due ceremony on the spot on the 20th.
Present at the inaugural ceremony were Ju Chang Il, Department Director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials of Ryanggang Province andKim Jong Suk County, working people, employees of the regional-industry factories and officers and men of the construction regiment.

He saidKim Jong Suk County also witnessed the inauguration of modern regional-industry factories thanks to the leadership of the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un who made a crucial decision of epochal change of regions unheard-of after the nation building and continues to make painstaking efforts to realize it with his ardent love for the people and spirit of making selfless, devoted efforts for them.
He ardently called on all the officials and working people in the province to make dynamic efforts for the perfect implementation of the Party's policies and the comprehensive prosperity and development of the state, full of confidence in future and optimism.
Then, a speech was made.

The participants looked round the factories which perfectly apply modernity, scientific accuracy, practicality and aesthetic sense.
An art performance was given and fireworks were set off.
