Efforts directed to strengthening educational foundation
The province worked out a bold plan for building or rebuilding more than 150 schools, branch schools and kindergartens and dovetailed the work for organizing the projects, powerfully promoting them from the beginning of the year.
Thanks to the devoted efforts of the officials and working people in the province, educational conditions and environment of educational units were changed completely and thus the educational foundation of the province was further strengthened.
