New black swan production base built in Ryanggang Province
A new black swan production base was built at the Kapsan Duck Farm under the Rural Economy Committee of Ryanggang Province, which can raise black swans in any season. As a result, another foundation has been laid for making the life of people in the province richer.
Officials of the Party and government organs in the province looked round the new black swan production base.
