Young people in North Phyongan Province volunteer to work at challenging sectors
  Tens of young people in North Phyongan Province volunteered to work at major sites seething with the implementation of the Party's policy including farms and raw material production stations in the province amid higher zeal for patriotism and struggle of the youth vanguard to support the regional development policy of the Workers' Party of Korea in the van.
  A meeting of congratulating the volunteers was held in the city of Sinuiju.
  Present there were Kim Chol Sam, Chief Secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the WPK, officials concerned, officials of the youth league and youth and students. Certificates were awarded and congratulatory and other speeches made at the meeting.
  Officials and youth and students encouraged the volunteers leaving for their new revolutionary posts, presenting them with bouquets.
