Congratulatory message to respected Comrade Kim Jong Un from President of United Russia Party

Medvedev, President of the United Russia Party, sent a congratulatory message to the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and President of the State Affairs of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, on the 23rd.
The message extended sincere congratulation to Comrade Kim Jong Un upon his reelection as General Secretary of the WPK and said that this clearly proves his absolute political authority and the might of unity of the WPK led by him.
It noted that the WPK, as the true personifier of the people's will, has achieved significant results in accomplishing the cause for the development of the DPRK and made great successes in the work to strengthen the sovereignty and defence capabilities of the country under the leadership of Comrade Kim Jong Un.
It expressed pleasure over the cooperation between the United Russia Party and the WPK which takes a special position in the Russia-DPRK relations, and believed that the close cooperation between the two parties would continue to play a vital role in promoting the development of the comprehensive strategic partnership between Moscow and Pyongyang.
The message wished Comrade Kim Jong Un good health, happiness and welfare.
