Workshop for participants in Ninth Congress of WPK held
  A workshop for the participants in the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea was held in the capital city of Pyongyang on the 27th.
  Kim Jae Ryong, Member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau and Secretary of the Central Committee of the WPK, and Ju Chang Il, Secretary of the Central Committee of the WPK, spoke there.
  The workshop dealt with the methodological and practical issues for the participants in the congress including the newly-elected members of the central leadership of the Party to have a deep understanding of the idea and spirit of the Ninth Congress of the Party and play the core and vanguard role in implementing its decisions.
  It stressed the need to work out stepwise and annual plans for implementing the decisions of the Party Congress to ensure the development-oriented character and scientific accuracy on the basis of the correct calculation of specific situation and conditions of their sectors and units, fully display the spirit and fighting manner of self-reliance and self-sustenance and thus make a clear progress and leap forward.
  The workshop emphasized that the officials should direct primary efforts to the improvement of the people's living.
