Construction of hospitals and leisure complexes carried on

Officers and soldiers of the People's Army, who have dynamically turned out in the third-year struggle for implementing the regional development policy in the new era with the great pride of having reelected the respected Comrade Kim Jong Un as General Secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea, are making successes in construction.
Thanks to the struggle of the entire soldier-builders to continuously carry on the period of fundamental transformation of regions according to the call of the great Party Central Committee, foundation excavations of regional-industry factories have been finished one after another in Unnyul County of South Hwanghae Province, Kangnam County in the city of Pyongyang, Phyongwon County of South Phyongan Province and the area of the Sinuiju Combined Greenhouse Farm in North Phyongan Province in a short span of time. And foundation work is promoted in real earnest at the construction sites of hospitals and leisure complexes in different parts of the country.
The nonpermanent headquarters of the Ministry of National Defence for Promoting the Regional Development 20×10 Policy is strengthening political and technical guidance now that the construction of regional-industry factories, hospitals and leisure complexes is carried on simultaneously on a nationwide scale this year.
