The elections of deputies to the 15th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK are under way according to the law of elections of deputies to the people's assemblies at all levels thanks to the active and high enthusiasm of all voters to demonstrate the superiority and solidity of our national sovereignty with the people-first principle as its unique political climate.
As of 18:00, the voting finished at all the constituencies across the country and 99.99 percent of the electors registered in the voter rolls took part in the voting.
Overseas citizens staying in the homeland also took part in the voting according to their hope.
The voters who cannot go to the polling stations due to old age, diseases and the like cast ballots into mobile ballot boxes.
At present, the constituency election committees are confirming the results of the voting for the candidates for deputies to the SPA registered at the constituencies concerned.
