Foundation work promoted at construction projects for regional development policy in 20 cities and counties
  The high spirit of the powerful revolutionary army to steadily continue to write the history of fundamental transformation of the regions in hearty response to the decisions of the Ninth Congress of the Workers' Party of Korea is fully displayed at the grand construction sites for realizing the centuries-old desire of the people.
  Thanks to the boundless loyalty and exalted patriotic zeal of officers and men of the People's Army making strenuous efforts to carry out the order of the Party Central Committee, the foundation work is promoted on a full scale at the construction sites of regional-industry factories, hospitals and leisure complexes in 20 cities and counties.
  Successes are expanded at the grand construction sites every day.
