Delegation of TASS of Russia back home
  The delegation of the TASS of Russia led by Director General Andrei Kondrashov returned home on March 31.
  It was seen off at the Pyongyang International Airport by Pak Kang Ho, Deputy General Director of the Korean Central News Agency, and Vladimir Topekha, charge d'affaires ad interim of the embassy of the Russian Federation in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
