University and college graduates volunteer to work at sites for implementing Party decisions
  University and college graduates in South Phyongan, South Hwanghae and Ryanggang provinces volunteered to work at the sites for implementing the Party decisions.
  Graduates of the Phyongsong University of Education and the Phyongsong Teachers Training College volunteered to teach at schools and branch schools in secluded mountain areas of the city of Kaechon and Taehung and Yangdok counties. Those of the Haeju Kim Jong Thae University of Education and the Haeju Jo Ok Hui Teachers Training College volunteered to work at the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt. Paektu and schools in island and mountain villages.
  Graduates of the Hyesan Teachers Training College and Kim Jong Suk University of Education decided to teach at schools in the city of Samjiyon and Kim Hyong Jik and Unhung counties.
  Meetings for congratulating the volunteers were held with the attendance of officials concerned, youth league officials and students. Certificates were awarded to the volunteers and speeches made.
  Art performances were given and officials and students encouraged the volunteers.
