SPA Standing Committee issues decree
The Standing Committee of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea issued Decree No. 3 on March 30 on awarding the title of Labour Hero of the DPRK and the Order of Kim Il Sung to the officials who made a contribution to the building of a prosperous country.
According to the decree, the title of Labour Hero of the DPRK, Gold Medal (Hammer and Sickle) and Order of the National Flag 1st Class shall be awarded to Kang Chol Su and Min Myong Hak and the Order of Kim Il Sung to Kim Chol Ho who greatly contributed to the prosperity and development of the country by displaying patriotic devotion true to the idea and leadership of the great Comrade Kim Jong Un on the occasion of the auspicious April holiday.
