Passing-on-technique active for operation of regional-industry factories and hospitals
  Passing-on-technique is active in all parts of the country to train skilled workers, technicians and medical workers needed for operating the regional-industry factories and hospitals in cities and counties to be built this year.
  The Central Non-Permanent Committee for Promoting the Regional Development 20×10 Policy intensifies the organizational work to train on a highly qualitative level skilled workers and technicians of different occupations and medical workers who would play the core role in the normal operation of the regional-industry factories and hospitals.
  The Ministry of Regional Industry and other institutions and units concerned are transferring techniques scrupulously to train skilled workers needed for the operation of regional-industry factories.
  Passing-on-technique in the field of public health is actively promoted with the development-oriented goal in order to widen the intellectual horizon of medical workers and improve their specialist qualifications.
